Why We Built OtoPro
We saw shops running on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and group chats. Jobs fell through the cracks. Clients called for updates that nobody had. Estimates took hours. Payments were awkward.
The software options weren't any better — clunky interfaces built in 2005, no AI, no locked workflows, no real communication tools. Shops were paying hundreds a month for systems that made their jobs harder, not easier.
We knew there had to be a better way. OtoPro was born from the belief that every shop — whether it's a 2-bay independent or a 20-bay dealership — deserves a real operating system.
